Digital Products – No Returns
All products sold by babystepsguides are digital (PDFs, guides, or other downloadable content). Once your purchase is completed and your product is delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds, as digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Exceptions – Customer Support & Technical Issues
We understand that issues can happen. If you:

• Did not receive your digital product within 24 hours, or

• Experience a technical issue preventing access to your download, or

• Accidentally purchased the same product twice
